Your tasks:
- You will take care of our existing customers in the area of sea freight and identify further needs and potentials and prepare corresponding offers.
- You acquire new customers and convince them of our product portfolio
- You successfully negotiate freight rates with shipping companies and service providers
- You will work closely with the operational department to successfully implement new business and optimize existing business.
- You can expect daily correspondence in English with our worldwide network
Your profile:
- Successfully completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or equivalent.
- Sound knowledge in the fields of logistics, forwarding or shipping, ideally specialized knowledge in the field of sea freight
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness are among your strengths
- You are a strong communicator and enjoy working as part of a team
- You have good written and spoken English language skills
- You have a pronounced “hands-on” mentality
- You are proficient in the use of common IT systems (MS Office).

- Experience with the TMS Riege-Scope is desirable
